Centurion Business Machines is once again pleased to announce that we will be representing a fine group of facsimile machines on the new New York State Facsimile contract. As one of the current contract holders, we are representing equipment in about every item category.
State Fax Contract Pricing now has two options to choose from with the addition of drop ship pricing for the "Do it yourself" customer. Or, like past contracts delivery, setup and on site warranty are still available.

Centurion Business Machines is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Muratec to help support the New York State Copier contract.

The contract pricing is for New York State Government Agencies, Political subdivisions and others authorized by law. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public school and fire districts and certain nonpublic/nonprofit organizations.
It is our goal to deliver Oki Fax Machines from our local stock for deliveries to the Albany area and will be installed in 2 days to 5 days ARO, if not sooner. Machines going to other locations in the State will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to our local dealer for delivery. Deliveries outside of the Albany area should take 10 to 14 Days ARO.
The Brother contract is administered by Brother International and delivery of their Machines will take longer.
In the event that a faster shipment to areas outside of the capital district is required, we can ship Canon & Okidata fax machines, UPS ground from Albany the same day the order is received if prior to 2 PM. A $25.00 special handling charge is required for this service.

As you look over the features and specifications of the different models of fax machines we represent, you will find many similarities between the machines. However, some of the features on some machines work better for certain applications than others. Some handle lincs codes better than others, some broadcast better etc. So, after you look over the different machines if you have questions give us a call at 518 458-9665.
